The apartment felt newly renovated and spotless. The bed was very comfortable and the street was very quiet. The coffee machine is easy to operate, fantastic water pressure and fluffy towels. The AC was very welcome. It was very well positioned close to restaurants and bars.The hosts were generous, helpful and very friendly.

The hotel is nicely located with great views to the small lake. The breakfast buffet met all our needs. The a la carte Dinner offers great selection of delicious menus. The (not heated) pool is great and large enough for "real" swimming. Last but not least there is plenty of parking space on the property.

Excellent big room with a great host. Breakfast was exceptional and we were sorry we had to leave. Right off the Via Francigena. Definitely recommended.
