Great place to immerse yourself in Venice life - spacious apartment in the labyrint of small alleys and canals that makes up Santa Croce area. Very central superb location, convenient to reach all the major sights (either on foot or by vaporetto). The place is very quiet and spacious, perfect to recharge your battery in between discovering Venice.

We have been there just for 2 nights and wanted to close in the centre as to have everything near us The appartment was big and located in the centre of Venice 5-10 minutes walking distance from the major attractions. Although it is an old building it is partly renovated and kept in good condition. It is suitable for families but it was just me and my wife and felt enormous. Venice is a city that you feel you are transferred in a different age. Going into the appartment balcony you see the canal just below with the bridges and it feels that you are living into a painting. Venice is just beautiful, I loved he city. The owner contact me and sent me the train schedule and everything before arrival, so I appreciated it.

Location is perfect, close to the station and close to san marco. Beautiful balcony! Good place to see real venecian houses from inside and feel a little bit local. Apartment is big and enough for a family where everyone will have his own room. Really nice experiance. Morning coffee on the balcony over the channel worth it!

Very spacious apartment in the centre of Venice. Large living room and bedroom. Balcony with a great view of quiet canal. Gondolas can be seen with tourists sometimes on the canal. Kitchen was well equipped. The host Marco was very kind and helped us in planning our itinerary. Totally recommend this place.

    The balcony is pretty long but not extremely wide. There is no space enough for 3 people to sit.

  • Thank you for reply about late check in. We are thinking of staying near the airport for first night and heading into venice on the monday morning. What time is the earliest we can check in on the Monday? Thanks
    Normally check in is in the afternoon but you can leave your luggages inside the apartment while the cleaning lady prepares the place and come back later. Marco

Apartment located in the district of Santa Croce a few steps from the fish market of Rialto, with stunning views of typical Venetian canal house at the first floor, suitable for large families.Very spacious in the historic center of Venice, very close to the apartment you can find: supermarket, restaurants, and any store for your needs, to your arrival we will come to greet you at the nearest vaporetto stop and take you to the apartment.the apartment is located on 2cond floor so you do not need to be afraid of water flooding.

Near the apartment there are 4 supermarkets open until 8.00 pm. There are also a lot of pizzerias and restaurants where you can order food to take away.most of them offer also delivery service.
