Amazing property! Not only were the staff extremely nice but also super helpful! They helped with directions, water buses, and even scheduled us a taxi when we needed to go to the airport. The place is super cute, very clean, and very cozy! I would highly recommend this place for a trip to Venice.

This apartment was perfect! Quiet, safe, and comfortable, with a hospitable host who met us on the premise. Everything was provided. Apartment doesn't have an oven, but with the availability of loads of fine restaurants and a market near by, we didn't miss it! Situated near a lovely park with a view of the main water. Easy walking distance to San Marco, the Rialto, museums and cafes. Every bridge and canal begs to be photographed! Have a local map on hand to navigate the labyrinth-like streets.

The interior of the apartment is beautiful and tasteful. Two separate bedrooms with large, comfortable beds. Air conditioning in each room. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, even more than you need. A coffee machine with capsules, Moka, and instant coffee is also available. Snacks, water, iced tea, and beer were also available. In the living room, a dining table for easy dining. A large flat-screen TV with a Netflix connection. Comfortable and neat bathroom. Washing machine available. Overall clean, very comfortable apartment. Very pleasant welcome. You can feel that the host cares about the guests. The location is very good, close to Vapparetto station. The area is not as densely visited as other popular tourist areas. Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge are within walking distance. Cafés, restaurants, and a grocery shop within 200 meters.

The apartment was very well decorated and had all the things we needed apart from toothpaste (but we didnt mind and that was easy to buy from a nearby shop). Amazing location next to garibaldi strip and amazing restaurants and gardens. 40 to 50 min walk from the train station. Enzo was always on the other end of the phone if you needed him and very kind.

The host is very responsive and friendly. We requested to arrive a bit early coz we have a baby and he did agree without problems. The place is close to everything, lovely cafes, supermarket.. The kitchen has the basics you might need for cooking. The apartment is spacious for our little family of 3 and well-decorated. There are quite steep stairs though before you get to it but it is mentioned in the post. It is about 10mins walk to the closest vaporetto. Thank you for making our stay amazing!

The location is perfect especially if you stay more than a week end: close to the main sightseeings, VERY close to main boat lines, EASY TO GO TO/FROM AIRPORT. And outside of the large crowded streets. the Area is not crowded wirh tourists but VERY interesting to visit. Many restaurants and supermarkets close by. The decoration of the apartment is very nice. The apartment landlord is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is extremely clean.
