Apartment Description (English Translation): The apartment is located in a strategic position, just a real 5-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square and a 15-minute walk from the BIENNALE. In the surrounding area, you’ll find shops, bars, restaurants, and pizzerias. Situated on the top floor of a historic 1700s building (no elevator), the apartment is accessible via 72 steps. It has a surface area of approximately 65 sqm and includes a spacious living room, a kitchen with a dining area, and a beautiful terrace where you can dine in the summer. There is also a double bedroom, wardrobe, and a bathroom with a very large shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and espresso coffee machine (pods). The laundry area includes a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. Heating and air conditioning are, of course, available. From the windows in the living room and bedroom, you can admire the domes of St. Mark’s Basilica, the Bell Tower, and the top of the Doge’s Palace.
