Ground floor apartment in a newly built building located in the historic and residential neighborhood of Migliarina, just a short walk from the train station to the Cinque Terre. The apartment is new and very comfortable, featuring two spacious double bedrooms, a kitchen with a living area, and a bathroom. It is equipped with all modern comforts, including air conditioning, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Free street parking available in the area. Smoking and parties are not allowed.

Neighborhood info

The Migliarina neighborhood, where Casa Carlotta is located, offers all essential services for a comfortable stay: supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, and pharmacies are all close at hand. The Le Terrazze shopping center is about 1.5 km away and can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. Bus stops (Line 3 and Line 5) nearby offer easy access to the city center, which is also reachable on foot in around 30 minutes. Please note, bus service ends at 9 p.m. Additionally, the “Line P” stop nearby provides a direct route to Portovenere.
