You will not have to share with other guests Former hayloft in an old farmhouse that has been tastefully renovated and is located in the hills between Lucca (10 km), a city famous for its 17th century walls and the Versilia sea (18 km). 25 km Forte dei Marmi, 37 km Pisa, 90 km Florence. Pets: the house is completely fenced The property is excellent for outdoor living as it enjoys the sun from dawn to dusk. The gardens offer ideal spaces for relaxation and for children to play. The garden has a private swimming pool with sun loungers and covered Loggia with barbecue for outdoor dining. Pool available from April to October. Views of the countryside and surrounding hills. Peace and tranquility. Porch equipped for outdoor dining and swimming pool (6x12) with large equipped lawn (3,000 m2) are available to guests.
This holiday home has belonged to my parents since 1990. My father renovated it a few years ago when I graduated in literature and languages ​​in Pisa. It was my dream to have contact with foreign people and practice languages ​​every day I am very interested in other cultures and I like dealing with people from all over the world. My other passion is cooking. I live quite close to home, this area means a lot to me, here are my origins. I grew up here, I traveled a lot, but this is my place, I know the products and customs of my country, I would like to express what this land really is: its hills, its scents, the greenery, the food and the special traditions. This property is the place to get to know my region. Here is a strategic point for a global view of Tuscany: Art (Lucca, Florence, Pisa, Siena and all the other cities) beach (Versilia, the beach with all its services) mountain (Abetone) Food and wine tasting (Garfagnana, Chianti) or simply relax (the property has a private pool). These are just a few examples of what our site offers. This means: one hour to get everything you are looking for in Tuscany. Enjoy your stay!
Tennis court on site. Extra services from June to September: Possibility to book the use of a tent max 6 people (large umbrella), which has 2 sun loungers, 2 deck chairs, 2 sitting chairs and a table, in a Beach Club in Lido di Camaiore. Daily cost of 40 euros. Consider that the tent and the use of it in a beach club without our agreement is 60 euros in that area, which is only 25 minutes drive from the house. It is advisable to book even before arrival to have more possibilities.
