New and charming 57m2 apartment with garden in the Rome Trigoria area. The apartment is located less than 500 meters from the Campus Biomedico University of Rome, just 10 minutes by car from the McArthurGlen Castel Romano Designer Outlet and the Cinecittà World amusement park. There is also a bus stop that will take you to the EUR area to take the metro and reach the center of Rome.
Welcome to our splendid apartment with garden, ideally located just a few minutes from the university and the CAMPUS BIO-MEDICO hospital. This is the perfect choice for students, their relatives, business trips, those needing proximity to the hospital or anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located residence. Public transport stop in front of the apartment, allowing easy access to the city's main attractions. High-speed Wi-Fi connection, Netflix included. Proximity to the University and the Hospital: We are located within walking distance of the main entrance to the university and the CAMPUS BIO-MEDICO hospital.
