Casa Graziella is a lovely newly furnished apartment with air conditioning and ceiling fan. The apartment is on the fifth floor with elevator and is equipped with a large bedroom with double bed and single bed. The living area includes a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, a dining table and a small terrace. Finally, the bright bathroom with windows is equipped with all sanitary ware, washing machine and shower. Casa Graziella is located in Vimodrone, near the San Raffaele Hospital and is located on the fifth floor with a communal lift. The sleeping area consists of a large bedroom with double bed and single bed, a large built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and also the ceiling fan. There is also a desk corner where you can study or work near the window. The living area has a lovely open space with kitchen equipped with every comfort and sofa bed. There is the Nespresso coffee machine with the appropriate capsules, dishes and cutlery, pots and pans, gas hob and microwave. The addition of air conditioning, dining table and smart TV and the presence of a small terrace makes this space really pleasant. Finally, the windowed bathroom is equipped with a sink with mirror, WC and bidet, washing machine and a large shower. Guests will have access to the entire apartment. WARNING: Guests are advised that air conditioning is only available from 1 June to 30 September.

The apartment is 600 meters walk from San Raffaele, and 1km from the metro station MM2 Cascina Gobba reachable on foot or by bus. From Cascina Gobba you can reach Milan Central Station by metro in 15 min. The apartment is also close to exit 10 of the EST ring road in Milan. Bus stop 925 to Cascina Gobba, where you can take the green metro MM2 to Milano Centrale and Milano Garibaldi.
