I worked a few years in a tourist rental agency, then, after traveling around Europe and the World (just a part of it),I decided to come back to my city and I started managing apartments on behalf of the owners. You will have a wonderful and private experience, but we will be always available in case you will need it, not only for emergencies, but also simply if you’ll need advice or any kind of tip about Florence.

Apartment with 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom. Nice apartment two steps away from the Mercato di Sant'Ambrogio, and a few minutes walking distance from all main museums and monuments. It can accommodate up to 6 people with the sofa bed in the living room, Wifi, Clean linens and towels, soap and shampoo are included. The apartment is on the Ground floor, there are just two steps to the entrance in the living room. The kitchen is divided from the living room by an open wall (the wash and dry machine is in the kitchen). To the right there is a door that leads to the bedroom with a double bed that can be separated in two single ones and the mezzanine where there are two additional single beds. The access to the complete bathroom (with shower and bidet) is from the main bedroom. The Apartment is less than 2 minutes walking distance from Santa Croce square, and from 5 to 15 minutes walking distance from all main museums and monuments. Close to the "Mercato di Sant'Ambrogio", were you can experience the real good quality of food, finding fresh fruits and vegetables on the outside of the market and fresh meat and fish on the inside, not counting a few little restaurant, ideal for a quick lu

Neighborhood info

Sant'Ambrogio is definitely one of the most livable neighborhoods in the city. From this district it's only a ten-minute walk to all the major monuments, squares and museums of the city. And yet, due to its location just outside of the most heavily-touristed areas - it hasn't been overrun by mass tourism. Along the streets of Sant'Ambrogio it's still possible to meet many 'real Florentines' - walking, shopping or simply chatting on the stairs of a church, on a park bench, in a market, or among the narrow streets. Almost all of the area's streets are closed to traffic and this makes the district even more attractive for both tourists and residents. Sant'Ambrogio also hosts one of the best and most enticing food markets in Florence, which is open from Monday to Saturday from 7am to 2pm. This neighborhood is home to countless traditional restaurants, emblematic kiosks and ancient cafés as well as innovative food spots.
