One of our assistants will meet you at the property to give you the keys. Gio in Venice is a lovely ground floor apartment that has just been finely restructured. Ideal for couples, it is a perfect base for exploring Venice. Comfortable and compact space consisting of a double bedroom, kitchen and two bathrooms. Ideal for visiting some of the main tourist areas such as Piazza San Marco with its Basilica, the famous Palazzo Ducale and the tower Campanile di San Marco, as well as the well known Venice Biennale, which is a 5-minute walk away, and very close by Lido which annually hosts the international event Mostra del Cinema. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and is equipped with wifi connection, heating and air conditioning only in the hallway, kitchen with oven, microwave and fridge; sheets, blankets, pillowcases, towels, shampoo and soap are provided based on the number of guests.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located in Castello district, which is the largest of the six districts. It is one of the most local and less frequented by tourists, where you can still breathe an atmosphere of uniqueness. Connected to San Marco district by the bridge ''Ponte della Paglia'' it is truly a convenient area to reach Piazza San Marco on foot and visit the Basilica, Palazzo Ducale and all the other sites in around there. The flat is also located near Via Garibaldi, the only properly called ''street'' in Venice, and immersed in the greenest area of Venice, the famous Giardini. The location is strategic to visit the famous Venice Biennale, which is just a few minutes walk away.
