The apartment is located on the 5th floor with elevator of an elegant building. It was completely renovated to offer you maximum comfort during your stay and make you feel at home away from home. Consisting of entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining area, a bright and spacious double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, a reading and relaxation room and one big bathroom. The house is sorrunded by a balcony and a nice terrace with the view to the the Castelli Romani.

Bright and panoramic apartment of sqm completely renovated located in the quiet area of Appio Latino. Tastefully furnished, complete with every comfort to offer you a pleasant and relaxing stay. Convenient to reach all the places of most interest thanks to the metro station Furio Camillo and various bus stops in the area. In the area you can find a various kinds of shops, supermarkets, bars and pubs.
