Property information

After 4 years, welcome back HOUSE OF MUSIC! +++Totally renovated+++ +++5 min to METRO C Malatesta - Directly connection with the city center+++ +++AIR CONDITIONING in every room+++ For big families, or small groups, If you are a music lover you are in the right places, with a lot of instruments to play at your disposal. I am Gianmarco an archaeologist, with a great passion about Rome and all its secrets, and i will be happy to be your host in Rome. THE FLAT The apartment is on the sixth floor with elevator. It consists of a large living room with balcony with many musical instruments available to guests, and 3 concept bedrooms (jazz, disco, rock). The pics talk about themselves! Hardwood floors and New windows!!! The kitchen is small but with a table for 2 for lunch and breakfast, and the bathroom is bright and clean with all the necessary services. The price includes, internet, use of the kitchen with a cupboard and fridge storage reserved for guests as well as the oven/grill, and any kitchen utensils and a shared bathroom. We use sanitized and sanitized sheets and towels with antibacterial products. Respecting our planet we have adopted soap and shower dispensers with quality natural products and to minimize waste we use refillable powder detergents for greater attention to the environment.

Neighbourhood information

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. The apartment is located in "Largo Preneste". There are the major shops and services for a comfortable holiday. At 2 min walk there is a pharmacy, a lot supermarkets , bars and restaurants and 5 minutes from "PIGNETO" We are in a good position not too far from the centre of Rome. It's well connected to the center by URBAN BUS (line 81) and TRAMS that lead in 20 minutes to Termini main station (line 5 and 14) and St. Peter (line 19) Very close to "PIGNETO" one of the most colorful and young quarter where during the day you can enjoy the popular rome with flea markets, little restaurants of all tipes and unforgettable views. It's also very close to "San Lorenzo", the other young quarter where in the evening you can hear live music, drink with a lot of new friends or simply walk under the moon between street artists, music and history.
