Hello, we are PMC, holiday home managers in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! We provide a check-in service by our staff who will contact you to agree on the arrival time, show you the house and give you the keys. You can contact them or us directly for any information or need. We will be at your disposal during your stay. CHECK IN TIME IS FROM 3 PM TO 6 PM. CHECK OUT IS BY 10 AM. Bed linen and towels are provided by us and included in the price. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax Moneglia applies a tourist tax of 1 euro/day per person (up to 7 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Additional people than those declared; we usually ask 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Check-in and Check-out OUTSIDE THE TIMES are often allowed, subject to agreement and availability and by paying a minimum extra cost of 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (check-in before 3 pm, check-in 6-9 pm). FOR TIMES AFTER 9 pm, IF ORGANIZATION IS POSSIBLE, THE FEE WILL BE HIGHER DEPENDING ON THE TIME.

Apartment with splendid sea view located on the first hill of Moneglia in a historic villa consisting of three independent apartments. Less than ten minutes by car from the center and the beaches of Moneglia, the accommodation is ideal for your relaxing holidays and for visiting the nearby towns of Tigullio such as Sestri Levante, Santa Margherita and Portofino or moving to the other direction Levanto and the Cinque Terre reachable by train in 20 minutes. PRIVATE PARKING. The house is equipped with WI-FI connection. There is NO air conditioning. The heating for the winter months is autonomous. Pets are not allowed.

Moneglia is perfect for families and for those with small children due to the reduced car traffic, sandy beaches and shallow waters, which have been awarded the Blue Flag since 1990, a prestigious award synonymous with ecological quality. The wild nature of the promontory that divides Moneglia from Riva Trigoso, a hamlet of Sestri Levante, is one of the favorite places for climbing enthusiasts. The Falesia di Moneglia, which can be reached from the town along the path outside the tunnels, is characterized by an equipped wall overlooking the sea that is about 90 meters long. A favorite destination also for lovers of scuba diving and trekking: in fact, in the hills that surround it there are numerous paths that can be traveled on foot or by mountain bike which offer incredible views of the coast surrounded by the vegetation of the Mediterranean scrub. Moneglia station, which is about 10 minutes by car from the apartment and is the ideal starting point for visiting the surroundings: in about 30 minutes you can reach Monterosso al Mare, before the Cinque Terre, in 20 minutes Sestri Levante, in a about Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino. Moneglia is 50 km from Genoa, the capital of the region of incredible beauty.
