There is also the possibility of renting a room+office package at a coworking facility not far from the house. The house is eco-friendly and tries to be attentive to environmental sustainability. Separate waste collection is done, there are no air conditioners and the internal winter temperature is set at 19° C (22° C in the bedrooms and bathrooms), as per European directives on energy saving. It is a shared house in which there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a large kitchen. For matters of civil coexistence, guests are requested to always keep it clean and tidy. You are not the only users of the villa and you must always have respect for the other roommates. Anyone who thinks of staying in a hotel and expects the services of a hotel is requested to book in a real hotel and not a room in a shared villa. The peculiarity of this house is also the sharing and socializing with the other roommates with whom an exchange is often born if not true friendship.

The house, despite being private, is located in the heart of the neighborhood and you will greatly appreciate the presence of all the essential services just a few meters away. It almost looks like a small town.
