Fascinating and unique building with ample square footage and arranged on two levels. The property is almost entirely overlooking the Grand Canal and the independent entrance from the private garden will immediately make you appreciate its beauty. On the ground floor we find a large common area with a fully equipped kitchen and living room available to guests. The rooms with contemporary and elegant style furnishings are all equipped with air conditioning, heating, refrigerator, closet or closet, hairdryer and Satellite TV; each with a fully equipped private bathroom with shower. *Deluxe Double Room does NOT overlook the canal. * Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.
