Bright and comfortable apartment ideal for 4 people and equipped with every comfort, it is located a few minutes walk from the central railway station of La Spezia and the ferry station. Perfect for those who want to make it the starting point to discover the Cinque Terre and surroundings and at the same time be able to go out on foot and find the greatest concentration of restaurants, bars and trendy clubs. Bright apartment of about 60 square meters and is located on the first floor of a building without a lift (NOT suitable for the disabled). The internal space is organized as follows: - KITCHEN: with hob, electric oven, kettle, fridge, moka and kitchen utensils, dining table, glasses of wine. From the kitchen it is possible to access a small terrace of about 9 square meters furnished with table and chairs; - BEDROOM 1: with double bed and large wardrobe, split A / C; - BEDROOM 2: equipped with two single beds, split A / C; - BATHROOM: equipped with a raised shower and bidet; ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: TV in the master bedroom, unlimited WiFi, electric broom, independent heating, iron and ironing board. clothesline, and hairdryer. WARNING: renovation work is currently being carried out in the building in which the flat is located, so there may be some noise and the view is partially blocked.
