“It is not in the main area, where the main square is so we had to walk a little but it is also not too crowed around there. It is easy to go to the bus area (Piaza de Roma). The apartment is all very new, cleaning was excellent. They had water, coffee, salt olive oil which was a nice touch (alll in small quantity but enough to start). There are mosquitoes in the apartment so bring your plug for the wall. I recommend this apartment as went very well.”

“I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. In fact, so far it’s the best apartment I stayed at in Venice. The apartment exceeded my expectations in multiple ways. First, the apartment was very clean, I could not find a single spot! Second, the apartment is very stylish and modern. The kitchen was wonderful, equipped with all modern conveniences and has a large fridge and induction stove. The shower had a washer and a large clean shower. Third, the apartment is spacious and had plenty of light. The owner is very nice and communicated easily. The location is top, at Campo San Polo. “The place is in a very nice location just a few steps from San Polo square. The place is near every major sight in Venice, which is very convenient in a case of sightseeing trip. The place is approximately 15 minutes from the train and bus station and approximately 5 minutes near the closest boat station. Several grocery shops are also near the location. The process of checking in and checking out was incredibly simple and very convenient. The apartment itself was very spacious and everything looked new and was clean when we arrived. In both rooms the AC was working flawlessly, which was a huge bonus during our stay. Overal, the experience was very pleasant and it definitely enhanced our stay in Venice. Recommended!”
