Entire apartament in the heart of Venice. The space consists of an entrance hall, a large and bright living room with kitchen, spacious bedroom and bathroom with comfortable shower. Gracious and well-kept, the apartament is in a strategic position, a 5 minute walk from Piazza S.Marco and the Rialto Bridge, a two steps away from the caracteristic Campo S.Maria Formosa. First floor, it has a pleasant view on a garden. Central but quiet, peaceful and well served location.
I give space to my guests but i am available when they need it
Although quiet and peaceful, the area is very central, a 5 minute walk away you can reach Piazza S.Marco and the Rialto Bridge. A two steps away is the caracteristic Campo di S.Maria Formosa and Campo di S.Giovanni e Paolo whith its gotic cathedral and the Great School of S. Marco. Full of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, museums and art exibitions, the area is vital and convenient for any activity you want to do: cultural or leisure. Also next to the appartament there is a modern gym for those who want to keep fit even on vacation. The apartament can be easily reached from Piazzale Roma ( car park), S.Lucia railway station and Marco Polo airport, by public transport (boats) or by water taxis. Once you arrive at the S.Marco or Rialto stops, the apartament can be reached in five minute walking. If you want, you can make convenient daily or weekly tickets for public water transport (actv)
