Newly renovated apartment with an independent entrance in a historic building in the central Garbatella district. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 guests and it consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. - Contact-free check-in - 24/7 virtual support - Super-fast WiFi - Fresh towels - Hairdryer - Shampoo, body soap - Pre-cleaning before your arrival - Free parking - Fully equipped kitchen - Cooking essentials (oil, salt, sugar, pepper) - Coffee - Cable TV - Washing machine - Drying rack - A/C - Due to local regulations, guests will be asked to provide their party's information, as well as their passport or other identification in order to access the apartment. - Cleaning costs fo EUR65 are not included in the price and must be paid during the online check-in phase - Late check-in (after 10pm) may be subject to a surcharge - For long stays (7 or more days) 1 mandatory cleaning is required every 7 days

Neighborhood info

This neighbourhood sprang up in the 1920's as a housing project for the workers of the developing portuary system of Rome. Following a 'socialist' philosophy of supporting the working class, a number of modern housing blocks with communal parks and gardens were built up. It was meant to foster a sense of community, equality and empowerment amongst the residents. A bold experiment for the times. Now, it is a quiet, clean and nice neighbourhood with character and plenty of services. Served by the Garbatella metro, the Ostiense train station and bus lines it is close to all of Rome's attractions. You can even walk to the Appia Antica regional park. In the area, there is the Garbatella metro stop, in addition to the many trams and buses that lead to every corner of the capital.
