Silvia was born and she always lived in Venice, she is passionate about art, history, music and economy. Despite in many years the things changed, her passions and love for the city did not fade. In 1995, she decided to combine her interests to create and build Veneziacentopercento company. Its intent it was to share with as many people as possible the atmosphere of a special and unique city, different from any other city in the world. She started with only one room, until today with over 20 different structures to manage. She decided to focus only on Sestiere Castello, where the ancient Serenissima settled. Mostly because it is possible to appreciate for real the truest daily life of its complex and delicate environment where water and earth have joined together… The staff priority and passion are focused on the attention of the guests, to help them to have an “one hundred percent” experience.

Property info

Large and independent apartment located in Castello district, Venice Historical Centre, close the Biennale expositions and 15 minutes walking far from San Marco Square. Great for homey holidays, comfortable solution for families and groups of friends. Far from the usual and crowded routes but located in a perfect position to easily reach the areas of greatest interest San Marco area, Rialto, or Lido Island, the place of the Venice International Film Festival. The apartment, placed on third floor without lift, has kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It can accommodate up to 10 with extra beds. All our accommodations (apartments and rooms) are offered as simple temporary rentals with no service provided, as by Italian law (art. 27bis della L.R. Veneto 11/2013). According to this, it not possible to provide to our guests: cleaning service during the stay (only before and after), linens change, breakfast or other type of services typical of the hotels.
