Bright and recently renovated apartment located between the city center and the exhibition area of the Venice Biennale, equipped with all the amenities suitable for short and long stays. Nice and cozy apartment consisting of a large living area with sofa bed and kitchen island, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Recently restored, it is equipped with every comfort and it is therefore suitable also for longer stays. Special attention is dedicated to families with small children as the staircase access to the apartment is equipped with safety gates. Entering this small but precious apartment with its detailed decoration and its brightness will immediately catch your attention. Guests will have access to the whole apartment.

Neighborhood info

The area where the apartment is located is very strategic because it is at the center of the road which runs from Piazza San Marco to the area of the Biennale of Art and Architecture, both within walking distance of 10 minutes that satisfies the needs of those who want to stay in town. In just five minutes you can also reach the old Venetian Arsenal, historic dockyard of the Serenissima Republic and now used for various exhibitions and art installations. Within walking distance you will be in Riva degli Schiavoni where you can pleasantly walk or sit in one of the many bars and restaurants and enjoy the amazing view of the San Marco Basin, one of the most beautiful places in the world! Here there is also the Arsenale waterbus stop. In the immediate proximity you will also find many restaurants where you can enjoy fine Venetian cuisine, and all kinds of food stores and more.
