The house is surrounded by the typical Tuscan hills and about 10 km from the beaches of the Gulf of Follonica and the tourist port of Puntone di Scarlino. The house consists of a large living room with sofa bed, functionally equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. About 30 meters away there is an annex consisting of a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Both the house and the outbuilding are surrounded by a well-kept garden with a beautiful view of the valley to the sea in the distance, equipped with large rest areas, a large barbecue and a jacuzzi for 5 people. Ideal choice for a quiet and relaxing vacation, although not far from the main towns of the Tyrrhenian coast such as Follonica (10 km), Punta Ala (15 km) and Castiglione della Pescaia (20 km). Access via 200 m of gravel road in good condition.
