This 3B home is perfect for a family getaway to Mexico’s Caribbean. - Situated in the upscale neighborhood of Playacar in the best location! - 7-minute walk to downtown Playa del Carmen and the beach - Lovely pool at the complex and plenty of lush green areas - Comfortably furnished 3B condo that can sleep up to 8 - Hard Rock Golf Course across the street There are also so many different things to see and do around Playa del Carmen -- everything from downtown shopping, beach/beach clubs, water sports like snorkeling, scuba, paddle boarding, and boating, eco-parks with underground rivers and cave systems, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (natural sinkholes special to this area!), private boat/yacht and fishing tours, golfing, day trips to Cancun or Tulum and so much more! **Please note that the cleaning service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.** Please note there's a penalty fee of 10,000 MXN if a guest hosts a party, event, or big gathering. For stays of 28 nights or more the Security Deposit is: 900 USD. All guests staying in Playacar are required to wear a wristband at all times. The cost is 10 MXN per wristband, and they must be collected upon arrival at the Playacar Phase II Condominium Reception. Please note that payment is only accepted via debit or credit card. If traveling with infants or toddlers, you can rent a pack-n-play with the mattress and a high chair if needed at 5 USD per item per night.

The home is located in the Villas Mayamar complex inside of Playacar Phase 2, a family-friendly area in the heart of Playa del Carmen.
