Lisa & Anthony are lovely hosts! Their Waipu Cove home is beautiful and our room & bathroom were spacious and comfortable. Lots of windows so wonderful light & views of their property. Breakfast was delightful and conversation with fellow guests was enjoyable.
Love the black sheep, beautiful young cows and walking on their property.
Gorgeous beaches & beach walks nearby.

Fantastic unit that was extremely functional and very cute beach vibes. Very convenient to the highway and the beach, but you don’t hear road noise. Excellent home, super value, very well set up. The kitchen had everything we needed, nice sharp knives. High quality shampoo and conditioner. We would recommend 10/10!

We were met by the host, shown our room and the keys were in the door and our name and room number were on an outside board. Very easy.
It is very close to the Mangawhai Heads shopping center with many cafes and a very good home bakery, also close to the Golf Club and the Bowling Club.

Great place to step away from the hustle and bustle of city life and reconnect with nature a bit. Good food at the waipu cove pub, if a little pricey (the food is quite gourmet and the drink options were many)

A quite Town for a night or two night stay for a short weekend. Kids friendly pizza store and the waipu cave not too far but would recommend to have gumboots and Torch when visit with young kids. New Years day markets & night Ceilidh (Scottish dance). Busy rural town. Lots happening. Great art gallery in the old firestation. Nice cafes. Shops all open on the weekend. Close to Whangarei & Langs/Waipu Cove etc. Waipu has it's own museum - worth a look. Free parking in the town. Seems to be very dog friendly.

Loved the choice of beaches Waipu Cove, Lang’s and Mangawhai. Waipu Cove didn’t have much choice for eateries and the pub filled to capacity so I couldn’t eat there and this wasn’t very good considering it was only 6pm!JulesNew Zealand

The bathroom was very spacious. The staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable also, i had asked for some cakes upon arrival as we were celebrating my partners bday and they had it set out as we entered the room...it was beautiful THANK YOU! The pool was refreshing and the late night spa pool was much needed. Thank you Waipu Cove for your great hospitality.
