Location very quiet, furnished as per the pictures and well equipped, lots of small shops in the neighborhood, well connected to métro and bus. Our host took good care of us and always available. We recommend this place !!

Apartment located on the ground floor of a 1915 historic house, completely renovated in April 2017, with independent entrance. Fully equipped and prepared for up to 4 people. Well located, at 500 meters from subway (Praça do Marquês or Combatentes). Downtown is at three subway stops (5 minutes) or 2 kms walking distance, for those who want to discover the historical center of Porto. The apartment has a modern kitchen, fully equipped to allow guests to prepare their own meals. It provides all the comforts of a home away from home and is equipped with flat-screen cable TV (80 channels), in the living room and in the master bedroom, and Wi-Fi. On the outside of the apartment, there is a small terrace.
We are Sara and Nuno, a couple from Porto that loves travelling and meeting new people and cultures. We will be glad to receive you at our marvellous city!
The street of the apartment is calm and safe, but at 5 minutes walking distance from shops and restaurants. The subway is really close also. It's possible to safely park your car in the street, right in front of the house or near, without any cost (no parking meters in this street, which is uncommon). Porto is a very safe city. You can walk all over the place and during night without special concerns. You will be at 4 subway stations distance (5 minutes) from the main attractions, like the Clérigos Tower, Palácio da Bolsa, Porto Cathedral, Church of São Francisco, Cais da Ribeira and Douro River, Livraria Lello Bookshop, Funicular dos Guindais, Soares dos Reis National Museum, Serralves Art Museum, São Bento Train Station, Avenida dos Aliados, Chapel of Souls, oporto wine cellars and Casa da Música. The Quinta do Covelo urban park is just 50 meters away from the apartment and it will provide fun for kids and an amazing place for those who like exercise and running. Matosinhos beach is at about 30 minutes distance by subway and Foz beach is at around 25 minutes by bus.
