Cozy independent room is a private suite at my house totally independent, with a fantastic balcony to sunbathe 12h, no kitchen but there are small refrigerator, un atiic cozy, good decoraited, with spiral staircase, not recommended for people with reduced mobility, and old people, very quite area in one of the best residential areas of Lisbon. 5 min car trip to the airport and 15 min by metro directly to the city historical centre. surrounded by parks, traditional street shops, restaurants, supermarkets........ Only the guest included in the reservation, 1 person, is allowed in the apartment.Visits are not permitted in the apartment or in private property spaces.If this rule is not complied there is the right to expulsion without the right to a refund. notes: Have internet; Have small fridge; tv No kitchen; not advisible: big bags; advisable: medium/small bags (Because last access to the room is done by a small stairs.; Check-in is automatic, the access key is given through a safe, with a code that will be given the day before check-in How to get; taxi to Largo Frei Heitor Pinto, I will give you directions how to get there , but on foot... there are stairs.....
4 families live in the building, independent of my space, there are patios, a kennel, garden etc, that don't belong to me. I live with 2 very sweet dogs.
The house is inserted in a garden area, very quiet and pleasant.
