This classically decorated 1BR apartment is part of a recently renovated 60s modernist building, honorably mentioned by the IHRU awards. Located right next to the iconic Santa Catarina street, this flat is comprised by a lovely bedroom with a comfortable mattress and an AC unit, that gives you full control over the temperature all year-round, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with a shower, a gorgeous living room with two small balconies, a sofa-bed and a dining area for 4. There's also a common area on the terrace, with some chairs and tables, where you can enjoy the lovely portuguese weather! Now we have a co-working area for our guests, open 24/7 with free WiFi. We are certain your stay here will be very comfortable and we look forward to hosting you! *Note: there is no elevator in the building.*

This apartment is located right in the heart of the city and so there are plenty of interesting sites to visit around the area, such as Mercado do Bolhão (the last traditional market of Porto), São Bento train station and Lello bookshop. It is the best neighborhood in Porto for: solo travelers; young couples; or groups of friends traveling together.
