Enjoy an elegant experience in this centrally located space. Modern house in the historic area of ​​Porto, designed by an architect, with all amenities and comforts. It is a 10-minute walk from the UNESCO World Heritage area (Ribeira and port wine cellars in Gaia). Right next to the Guindais stairs and the Fernandina wall, it has magnificent views over the Dom Luiz I Bridge, the Serra do Pilar Monastery and the Douro River. 100% green renewable energy, super-fast 1GB WiFi, Netflix.
I love welcoming people, I love sharing the culture and gastronomy, history and nature of my country, especially Porto and the North of Portugal (the province of Minho and the mountains of the Peneda-Gerês Natural Park). I share recommendations for the best that Portugal has to offer and experience. For me, receiving visitors can only be done in an honest and humble way, always aiming for total guest satisfaction. The house is right in the center of Porto, and you can visit the most interesting places on foot. The area is very well served by a good public transport network that offers many options at a reasonable cost. You can take the traditional tram 200 meters from the house, as well as the 'Funicular dos Guindais', which goes down (and up) to the river. The nearest metro stations (São Bento and Bolhão) are a 10-15 minute walk away, and there are buses and buses a 5-minute walk away, as is the São Bento train station.
The house is right in the center of Porto, and you can visit the most interesting places on foot. The area is very well served by a good public transport network that offers many options at a reasonable cost. You can take the traditional tram 200 meters from the house, as well as the 'Funicular dos Guindais', which goes down (and up) to the river. The nearest metro stations (São Bento and Bolhão) are a 10-15 minute walk away, and there are buses and buses a 5-minute walk away, as is the São Bento train station. The street, existing since medieval times, connects to the Guindais Stairs. Walk to the old city walls, the funicular elevator and the center's bars and shops. Walk to the world-famous Dom Luis Bridge (by Gustav Eiffel's disciple, Théophile Seyrig, 1886), which you can see from the house's rooms. Easily walk to the riverbank in Ribeira and the Port wine cellars on the other side of the river. All within a 10-15 minute radius.
