Wow, wow, wow!! What a great experience!! We received outstanding customer service throughout our stay. We were greeted by Rui who gave us great recommendations for places to visit in Porto and booked some tours for us! We loved that we were able to store our luggage as our room wasn't ready when arrived before check in time. This service was a huge help!! The apartment we stayed in was PERFECT! Beautifully appointed and the coffee and tea was top notch! The beds were so comfortable. Our place even had a cozy loft! We will definite stay here again!!
