It is located on the slopes of Esperança Mountains. The elegant restaurant offers local dishes with a contemporary touch, and a seasonal mushroom menu. The chapel has been converted into a lounge and bar, yet keeps many original features. All the rooms of Pousada Convento de Belmonte have a balcony overlooking the Estrela Mountains Nature Reserve.
