I inform that late check-ins have an additional cost to be paid in cash at the time of arrival: - After 19:00, the check-in has an extra cost of 20.00EUR; - After 23:00, the late check-in has an extra cost of 40.00EUR. The applied values serve to help with the transportation back home to the person doing the check-in. Please do not be late for more than 1 hour in relation to the check-in time you previously informed. Late delays in 1h incur an extra cost of 15.00EUR to be paid in cash upon arrival. After 1h of delay your check-in may also be rescheduled for another time of our availability. At the check-in we will ask for your identification document. Short term rentals are required to report guest's information to Borders Service (SEF) - it is called the Accommodation Bulletin. Your host is required to report your presence to the Portuguese Immigration and SEF within 3 week days of your arrival.
