There are 3 big bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 dedicated kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 very small french balconies. In the entrance, there is hanger and small shoe rock in which guests can leave their shoes and coats. Next to entrance, there is cellar-type area that includes a drying machine, extra sheets, covers, etc.. In all of the bedrooms, there are double-size beds (king size in one of them), dressers, and windows. In 2 of the bedrooms, there are sliding mirrored wardrobe, in the other one there is hanger for clothes storage. In the one of the bedrooms, there is a working table and working chair. Through-lighted living room is quite big and it includes L shape coach, laptop desk, footstool, and dining table&chairs. As the living room is next to Asmalı Street, it can be little noisy during the summer despite thick-glassed windows. The kitchen, dedicated unit, includes a washing machine, fridge, owen, kettle, teapot, spoons, plates, saucepans, pans etc. In the bathroom, guests can find extra towels, toilet papers, soap etc..

Asmali Mescit, where the flat is located, is historically known as a center for arts and entertainment with its theaters, bars, restaurants. As one of the most historic settlements, most buildings in Asmalı & Pera region were shaped based on Baroque Architecture by Greeks and Jews architects who used to live there. The region had been subject to many of Agatha Christie and Orhan Pamuk novels. Many highly valuable people who interested in arts & culture still live in these region. However, now the area is much changed with many shops, cafes clubs, taverns (where people goes to drink Rakı, Turkish alcohol) and restaurants. The flat is located in one of the most popular streets in Asmalı & Pera area. It is also 1 min. walking distance from the Istiklal street, in which guests can find literally anything including brand shops, gift shops, luxury restaurants, low-to-middle class restaurants, old cinema, winehouses, shopping center, Turkish baths, theaters, churches, synagogue, mosques, street performers, booksellers, art sellers, museums (Madame Tussauds, Pera Museum, Galata Mevlevi Lodge, Museum of Illusions, etc.), art galleries. Guests can access all these areas and much more by walking distance from the flat.
