Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others 5. 40 USD fee for unreturned keys. __ SUMMARY: The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen bed in each room plus flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The living room sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. __ AMENITIES: In-unit laundry, sunroom, smart TV with Airplay, Nest thermostat, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, and Keurig coffee maker. __ PARKING: Free street parking is occasionally available within 1-2 blocks. Permitted street parking is often available within 1 block. Parking permits can be purchased from the city for ~120 USD/year and mailed to the building in 1-2 weeks.
