Very late check in and the process was quick. The room is neat and clean. During check out the staff (Hossam, if I'm not mistaken) also did it very quickly and helped us to get to the shuttle bus as they were leaving, which we really appreciate. The location is so close to Burj Khalifa.

The staff are welcoming and extremely friendly, epically with the kids. The turndown service is top notch. There is a variety of options for breakfast, and the service is very good and quick. It is located in the business bay which is a prime location. At the check out they gave the kids farewell gifts. This is not our first time in the hotel and we will definitely will be coming back inshallah
