From the moment we arrived the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and our room was immaculate and spotless thanks to Munna and the housekeeping team. We had a truly wonderful stay at Grand Millennium Dubai! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the beds deserve a special mention — incredibly soft and comfortable, like being gently embraced after a long day. They have a kind of “healing” power that melts away all the fatigue. The pillows are just as amazing — the moment your head touches them, you’re off to heavenly dreams. Every member of the staff was exceptionally attentive and professional — from the concierge to room service, breakfast team, and reception. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently without a single issue. The pool is great, clean, and well-maintained — perfect for relaxing. And one of the true highlights was the breakfast: an absolute masterpiece! A luxurious buffet with an impressive variety that caters to every taste and preference. Awesome place! The hotel feels like new, super stylish, and the rooms are really comfortable! They have a service room (food) and a nice pool. Also, if you're traveling with a baby, this place can accommodate really well! They have a cot and a high-chair. Recommended!
