Best location close to everything

Dora on reception was amazing, such a great host

* Magnificent view of the CBD from the room, especially at sunrise. * Delicious breakfast. Instead of the usual bacon and scrambled eggs, they will cook you an omelette with whatever ingredients you want - not every hotel offers this. * The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Ryan

The pool area was good. The food in the restaurants were great.

Ideal location, parking is right next door, so easy access to the hotel, bar and restaurant nice, good views from the upper floors, room was great.

Lovely hotel. Very clean and modern. Still a good location in Melbourne (next to the Marvel theatre and the Docklands, but a 20min walk or so to the central area.

Location was excellent, so close to Marvel for the Gaga concert, restaurants and bars and close to tram into the City Centre. Bed was very comfy and breakfast was great value for money.

Beautiful rooms with very comfortable beds and great kitchenettes which included lots of supplies.

Great location. Friendly staff, clean room. We will return again. Thank you. 5 Stars

Excellent communication, responsive to my needs and ease of booking and check in.

Location was amazing. Bed was so comfy as were the pillows

Very well located in the CBD. Clean spacious room. I took a kitchenette as I like to eat breakfast without going out. Very functional. Very welcoming staff.

Cleanliness, hospitable staff, and do more with less design

Loved the location, right next to the DFO mall and easy access to multiple cafes and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Highly recommended.

Always enjoy staying in a place with character and a little history. Excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. Staff were exceptional.

We liked the history, the excellent condition of the hotel & the comfortable room we had.

Lots of variety for breakfast and loved the afternoon chocolate tea time!

Thanks so much to Ray for checking me in early. Excellent service

Great big very thoughtfully laid out rooms. Great bathroom and nice designs. The gym was great. But needs some maintenance done on the machines. Could have heavier free weights.

Location is perfect close to everything. Staff are friendly and approachable.

All was very good. Stayes there for business.
