The breakfast at Hydra restaurant was excellent, several good choices, and the service was outstanding. The location just two blocks from Canada Place, and 2-3 blocks from Robson street was excellent. The overall attitude of the staff was the best I have ever experienced in any hotel.

Hotel and room are beautiful. We loved the pool and outdoor jacuzzi on the 3rd floor; few people use it, so we had privacy. The Karma Lounge has good food, except for one thing I ordered. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, just four blocks from the harbor, and you can walk to Stanley Park. There is a great steak restaurant across the street called The Keg.
Offering a heated outdoor lap pool and hot tub, L'Hermitage Hotel includes rooms with a flat-screen TV. Vancouver City Center SkyTrain is 984 ft away.

We stayed in 7 rooms and all were clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent and we got $10 discount/room for food at the restaurant upon check-in, so that was a plus. The pool and the gym, though small in size, were well equipped and met our needs. Staff had been extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, from booking taxis to accommodating with our changes and last minute adjustment. Location was hard to beat, right between Robson and W Georgia, plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops, not to mention that it is right next to Medina, a popular brunch cafe.
Featuring a rooftop pool with fire pits and a hot tub, this Vancouver luxury hotel offers a full-service spa and a 4,000 square foot gym. An on-site lounge is provided.

Excellent room for 4 people with a separate living area and 2 bathrooms. Housekeeping also made up the sofa bed for the night and returned it to a sofa during the day. Location was right next to Canada place and very convenient to join our cruise.
The location is fabulous to explore Gastown and Chinatown. It's a couple of blocks to the port and Canada Place.
There's loads of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby.
The BC connector bus picks up next door for an easy day out to the ferry and Victoria on Vancouver Island.
Close to the Vancouver Tower for fabulous city views.
Staff are great. Very clean room.
Fabulous viewing lounge from Level 11.
Excellent location to all the shops at Robson St and walking distance to Canada Place, Gastown and Chinatown. Many restaurants/cafes nearby and even the breakfast food at the hotel restaurant is decent. Capilano shuttle service and hop-on/hop-off buses are right at the door step!
The room which I was in was very spacious and clean. The balcony gave me access to a good view of the city and the mountains. Beds were comfortable
they had provided us with a best room, large and has terrace. hotel location is near down town, Canada place, Water front station and Gastown stream clock, this make us easier to travel around Vancouver and embarking cruise; my main objective. Breakfast also great, there provide coffee main course and dessert with polite and kindly waiter, his name is Jenny.
My stay at the hotel was unexpected. Because of a medical emergency on my cruise ship we had to spend the night in Vancouver. The location was wonderful, we just walked over from Canada Place. We used the bikes and rode around Stanley Park and some parts of downtown. Enjoyed our stay immensely, the hotel was beautiful and the amenities in the room were top notch.
Location, proximity to Canada Place (cruise ship boarding area). Staff was polite & helpful. Both meals we had at the hotel were excellent, good value for dollar.
Great stay in a studio apartment, with the service of a hotel! Excellent location just a walk away from Canada Place, the sea wall, Vancouver Art Museum and much more. Very friendly staff! We also made use of the self-Service laundry and used the fitness center.
