ThailandExcellent staff who all went out of their ways to attend to all our requests and beyond. We were offered tea coffee and use of bathroom facilities on early arrival and again until 10pm when we had to wait for our 2am flight. The food at the restaurant was very good and the restaurant manager was courteous and super attentive which made the meal that much more enjoyable. We loved the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. The hotel is centrally located but very quiet and cosy.

CanadaLove the location, it’s within walking distance of anything you would want or need. Very clean, love that they clean your room everyday without having to request it, to me this is one of the perks of staying in a hotel. Check out is at noon so you don’t feel rushed to get out on your day of departure. Staff are all very friendly and helpful!

Excellent location in downtown Vancouver, close to the harbor, Canada Place, and grocery stores/restaurants. The hotel lobby is lovely and clean and they offer luggage storage. Pool located on-site and has a gym. Staff were pleasant and great to deal with.

Location was excellent and fit in perfectly with our plans in the area. We were 4 ladies celebrating a birthday with a night on the town, we walked to English bay after check-in, then along Robson street, and to Canada place. They offered us early check in when we arrived, which was awesome!
In the evening we walked to our reserved dining spot, then to the casino…no need to take our car!
Also, it’s across the street from BC place , great place if you’re downtown for a game 👍🏼

The place is excellent for few days stay. Location is very close tu multiple attractions like Stanley Park and walking distance to Canada Place. There are many great restaurants on Robson st just few steps from the Condo. The views from the balcony are indeed stunning!

Location very good, a few short blocks from harbor front, Gastown, Canada Place, Sky Train station. Short bus/ferry ride to Stanley Park, Granville Island, North Vancouver. Attached French bistro excellent, well worth paying extra for breakfast vouchers. One menu item plus coffee or tea each morning. Servers worked with us to create a custom order (scrambled eggs, croissant) for our picky 3-year-old. Starbucks across the street and Tim Hortons just down the block. Staff friendly.

The staff was excellent -- friendly, informative, and helpful for information about public transportation and other matters. By comparison with other hotels in Vancouver, the price was reasonable (thoough high by what we are used to in the US for a hotel of this level). The room was clean. It was easy to take public transportation bus to near the Canada Place cruise terminal.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. We did have mouse in our room when we first entered room. Mouse scurried across the room, exiting under the door. That was a little unsettling. Old hotel(1898) so had to use noisy, temp ac’s. Great location near waterfront and Canada Place.

AAAAAA + for EVERY REASON! Best hotel I have ever stayed in. Service, Location, High Class Professionalism, Friendly, Clean - PERFECT!! Nothing bad at all. Two blocks from Canada place, short walk to Gastown Steam Clock and Sky tower. Bus 19 on side of building takes you direct to Stanley Park. OUTSTANDING PLACE!! Don’t hesitate to stay here, you WON’T BE SORRY!
