Loved everything about this hotel! The room was very big, little balcony, kitchen. The bathroom was great, big bath and separate shower. Everything was very clean. Parking bit confusing when arriving. You need to check-in first and then the gate to the parking garage will open. Plenty of room to park. Location is great, waking distance to city center. Loved it here, would gladly book this again!

The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the building had such a great energy about it. Our room was lovely, beautiful wallpaper and decor. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the linens were so soft. As well the house coat fit perfectly, they are usually small on me and I appreciated the big comfy housecoats after a nice soak in the jacuzzi bath with lovely bath salts. great stay!

Exceptional service, beautiful building and suite. All facilities, such as swimming pool, sauna and hot tube were working, towels and all needed were provided. Absolutely lovely tea ceremony, we spend an hour and half with drinking excellent tea with sandwiches and deserts. Staff was so kind and helpful, especially Cheryl.

Very convenience location. I travelled from Vancouver to Victoria by bus, walking from bus depot to here is just 5 minutes. When I left Victoria by Clipper ferry., the Steamboat pier is just across the street. The room is very nice decorated, kind of warmly touch, not plain modern. We can see Parliament building and a part of inner bay.

    Eagle’s View is aptly named. The view from the spacious deck, main room and master bedroom is amazing. It appears to be recently remodeled; everything looks new and very clean. The two bedrooms are large and have big king beds. The location is good, about halfway between Butchart Gardens and downtown, inner harbor. Lot’s of choices for restaurants, etc. in the Langford area. The bathroom and kitchen were like new and well equipped.

    Perfect location - half a block from Parliament. Very walkable area - accessible to everything in Inner Harbor, Victoria. Attractive grounds, welcoming staff. Suite was like an apartment - spacious, well-equipped, with functional kitchen. Dog-friendly. Great choice for a family.

    The location is perfect. 15 min walk to the inner Harbor and great shopping and lots of restaurants and stores everywhere. I didn’t eat in the lounge or restaurant but I had drinks in the bar with my family one night and it had a great atmosphere. The room was large and the bathroom had great shower and the king size bed and bedding were so comfortable The staff at the front desk were very friendly and the cleaning staff were friendly too I stayed here last year and will stay here next time I visit Victoria.

    The property was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect. We were able to easily get to Sooke, BC Museum and the Victoria Inner Harbor. The apartment was perfect for 2 couples. Kitchen was well stocked.

    We caught the Black Ball boat to and from Port Angeles, Wa, and found Inn at Laurel Point convient to access. The staff were positive and helpful. Most all rooms look out to the bay, and the restaurant has a wonderful view looking in the direction of the Empress hotel lit up at night. Most all the amenities on site you would want, including covered parking. A very pleasant place I will return to in the future. One more comment, do take a walk below the hotel along the bay, as it is a great way to leisurely see the Victoria inner harbor.

    Helm's Inn is not a luxury hotel, but it was more than adequate: clean, comfortable beds, full kitchenette, good WiFi, sizable room - everything you might need. But the best part is its LOCATION! Easy walking distance to the Inner Harbor, Parliament Building, I-Max, Beacon Hill Park, and just a little farther to Fisherman's Wharf, cruise line terminal, and all the action downtown. We were very comfortable there and couldn't ask for anything more.
