Always a real pleasure to go back to Hotel Brienzersee! The hosts are so wonderful and friendly, always feel trully welcome there! The view from the lake side room is fantastic. Modern bathroom, tea and coffee facility in the room, big fridge/minibar. Very close to the train station and to the boat station. My go-to place each year!

The lake view from the room and the balcony was amazing, it was really hard to leave.. The location was great: away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still within a 3 minute train ride. There was a nice hiking trail nearby that takes you to the beautiful lakeshore in just a few minutes, and the same lakeshore trail also takes you to the Ringgenberg boat stop where you can take a boat to explore other places, like Isetwald and Giessbach. Last but not least, Mr. Richard: what an exceptional host! Thank you for everything during our short stay, we will definitely come back for a longer one.

This being our second time at Victoria was extra special, cos we were celebrating a special occasion there and i must say from the start of booking they took care of each and every tiny details told. From the surprise cake to the spa all were perfectly executed . we loved it all! The staffs were really friendly and helpful both at the restaurant & the pool , the pool being the highlight of it all! My little one had a great time there ! The location being in the center and with a view so magnificent also with a park at the front , gave us the perfect staycation we needed as family. Thankyou

The view was stunning and the location was perfect and close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. The smart self-check-in system was very convenient and smooth, saving us time and making the arrival process easy. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for the whole family.

    Location location location!!! Very close to Interlaken OST train station. Please follow the direction to walk as suggested by hotel staff if you have rolling luggage. Owner Roopinder Singh is an amazing service oriented host. He tries to help by going out of the way to help guests. Overall great stay! India Village restaurant’s food is most authentic dhaba-style Indian food outside India!!

    This hotel is beautifully located near a mountain and an adjoining lake, with my room having a great view of the landscape behind. It gets even more beautiful when it snows. The breakfast is a good spread as well. The hotel gives a transport card to take the bus to the Interlaken OST train station (unlimited rides on that route). I would stay here again for much needed peace and serenity.

    Simply the best hotel experience I have ever had. Starting with the excellent location , which is directly in front of the Interlaken Ost train station. Regarding the cleanness , the hotel was very clean and it has daily room service . Also, The Wifi and the overall facilities were great.     I have enjoyed my stay in the hostel, very clean and modest, the staff are wonderful, the hostel is located in 15min by walking from Interlaken Ost train station and bus station, the hostel provides free access to some buses where you can go to Iseltwald village and Lake Brienz and other places.. there are supermarkets around the hostel if you want to buy food and save some money.

    My husband said to me about 10 times that I scored big time when picking this hotel simply because of the location. Being steps from the interlaken ost train station and the Lake Brienz boat was incredibly convenient. We used Interlaken as a base for exploring the region and the easy and quick access to the train station was perfection. Yes the rooms are dated but the staff is nice and the rooms are good enough for all your basic needs. The daily housekeeping was a nice touch too!

    The location was perfect for us. A little out of the way if you want to be right in the middle of EVERYTHING. For hustle and bustle you probably want to stay near the Interlaken Ost train station. This hotel was close to Interlaken West train station and perfect for travelers looking for peace and quiet... We saw paragliders, goats, and mountains from our window every day. You're still only a 20 minute walk to Interlaken Ost.

But of course, our room is HUGE and Clean. They’ve anticipated one traveler needs because they have everything that you need.
