EVERYTHING except the fact that they don't tell you the Cool Living location isn't in the same area as the others but the food, the staff, the infrastructure and building model concept. Not the location I anticipated but the staff made stay amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE BEDSSS ARE SOOOO COMFORTABLE. Definitely going back and sending others. Martha, Camilla, Sergio, Daniel Divina... the entertainment crew.. LOVE YOU ALLLL

Great hotel in a great location - very green area and safe area, nearby restaurants and stores. At night it is extremely quiet in the area. The night and day staff were very kind and helpful. The room is cozy and very clean. Wifi worked great. They let me check in at 3 am, and also leave my bags in reception at check out until my next place was available. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Staff was super friendly. I accidentally missed the breakfast cutoff time by almost an hour and was still cooked some fresh breakfast. Really cool of them. Also, it's just a really pretty place! The photos of the lobby are spot on.

Everything was really nice. The room is really big and the bed is comfy. Everything was clean and tidy. We read a lot of reviews complaining about the noise, but even during the New Year Eve celebration you could barely hear anything through the closed windows.

The room was super nice and had everything we needed. Facilities were great,beautiful view and the location was just perfect! So many restaurants around, plus a 24/7 pharmacy right nearby. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Everything is within walking distance, which made our stay super easy and enjoyable. Definitely recommend!
