The property was extremely comfortable. It’s a high quality hotel. It has great rooms and bathrooms. It’s well located in a good neighborhood, in front of Piramides metro station. From Plaza del Sol, it’s around 15 min walking and 5 min using the metro. The breakfast was great and I highly recommend to add it to the booking. All the staff were extremely helpful. It’s such a great place to stay! I specially thank to Kimberly and Jorge, were the best!

Everything was great from check in! Roberto was very kind and gave us very detailed instructions for places to visit. He even offered complimentary breakfast which was very very kind. There was a bottle of wine in the room which was a great gesture. The room was super clean and very spacious. Location is great to be in a local neughborhood but to be in walking or public transportation distance to touristic areas. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Madrid.
