The room was exceptionally clean and well designed. I loved the light fixtures and the colors in the room. The shower water pressure was really nice and the toiletries provided were good quality. The breakfast spread was the best I've ever seen. I'm vegetarian and there were plenty of options for me. My favorite was the beans and falafel and I had a bowl of blueberry oats, greek yogurt were the berry puree. The staff was very warm and would greet me as they passed by me.

    I like that the hotel is just near the Helsinki central station. Instructions for late check-in is easy to understand and no problem for checking in late at night. Bedroom is cozy enough for a couple, The bathroom is clean with a good hot and cold shower. Staff at the reception was friendly when we checked-out the next day, i just forgot to get her name.

    Small but really beautifully finished modern appartment. Host always answered questions very quickly. Location is really good for shops (huge Mall of Tripla shopping centre 2 mins walk away with lots of shops and places to eat), walk through the shopping centre and you are at Pasila station (5 mins walk from appartment). Trams 1 minute walk from appartment and trams/buses outside the station. 1 stop (5 mins maybe) from pasila to Helsinki central station.

    Really good location, just a short walk from Helsinki Central station and close to bars, restaurants, etc. The lady on reception was very nice and helpful. I was happily given another room at my request due to the reason stated in the negative section, and offered free refreshments. The new room was bigger and better, and the TV worked properly! I had a pleasant stay here in the end.
