The staff were welcoming, very helpful and friendly, the cat, Alfie, was adorable. The location is sensational as are the views. The room was nice and clean and I liked the toiletries. The continental breakfast was great but the cooked breakfast was overcooked

We had a very pleasant stay in the Lansdown Grove Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room very comfy and super clean. When in Bath I can highly recommend this place.
