I was over the moon with everything and felt like a princess slipping into her very own castle (Room 1) ... though Alicia was first to greet me with a smile & last to wish me pleasant return home with open arms, all staff was caring and attentive ... breakfast was delicious and plentiful ... location was perfect for discovering Hove on foot (even under umbrella LOL) ... train station only 18-minute walk away (easier without luggage in tow) ... less than a 5-minute taxi to Brighton Train Station

Absolutely fantastic hotel in every respect. Breakfast was phenomenal with hot and cold items, a specialty coffee machine for lattes and hot chocolate, and most exciting for me, a place to do laundry, yay! right next to Brighton train station but a bit tough to find on GPS with all the construction and pedestrian detours.

Convenient to the beach although a little far from the Brighton train station. Good public transportation near by. Plenty of shampoo, soap, conditioner, lotion. Clean. Teapot, tea, coffee, snacks in room.

Excellent location, a few minutes walk from Brighton train station. The property is situated on a lane, no traffic and very little footfall so very quiet despite being in the North Laines. There are some small shops close at hand for provisions, larger shops a bit further away but still within easy walking distance. The house is neat and tidy with plenty of living space and a well equipped kitchen. The host Carey was helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had.
