We checked in for 5 nights and were welcomed really well by Param in the lobby he help us with our luggage and recommended really nice places to see in Manchester. The room was good and always got the assistance by Param during our stay. He helped us to get match tickets for 3 games in Ehtiad and Old Trafford. He went extra mile to book the stadium tour in both the places an asset for this hotel. We travel most of the time but this place is best among all. The rooms were always clean and good service at the restaurant we will be back again for New Year.
