They made our trip worth every second, every penny. It was my husband's birthday and they made sure that we have the time of our life. The bathtub was so beautiful. It felt like being a royal person and living like one. The coffee machine was so good. And the staffs were so welcoming and they gave us a warm welcome. I'm really planning to go there again.

This beachfront hotel has dramatic views of Swansea Bay, and is a short stroll from the town center. The M4 motorway, golf courses and the Gower Peninsula are nearby.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly, the location is excellent, and the hotel in general is quiet.

pleasant staff, nice clean room and comfortable bed. sadly the cooked breakfast was cold, I don’t think the buffet style is the best at keeping it hot. otherwise all good

Absolutely lovely hotel room, overlooking Swansea Bay. Room was spacious, spotlessly clean. Sliding doors opened onto a small balcony/terrace area.( too wet to use during our stay) Lovely white linens, big bathsheets. Comfort big bed. Block out curtains. Good breakfast downstairs. We also had an enjoyable dinner in the restaurant downstairs. It was a wet day and evening so there was no outside drinkers/socialising or noise to bother us. Pay and display parking, at a good rate, was very close.
