The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and Maya especially went the extra mile to make the day unforgettable. She arranged for a makeup artist and coordinated with the team to set up our room beautifully while my partner and I were out for “breakfast” in London. My girlfriend absolutely loved it! The warm reception and effort from the entire team made our stay truly special. I will definitely return to the Ibis Gatwick Airport in the future.

Very neat property. Staff was great, the location was fine with me as I was only in London for a few days. Short distance to Gatwick and the train station is right at the airport, so it was easy enough to hop on the train and see London.

We liked the receptionists ( Sharon and Chloe) they went out of thier way to help us and welcome us... We booked again because of the friendly staff , only downside is no elevator ..So don't bring heavy bags.
