Still spectacular.
Still spectacular. As of June 2021 there is scaffolding up most of the cathederal front and the historic clock for renovation of the stonework. I expect that this will be the case for some time so expect not to see the exterior in all of it's glory. However the interior remains spectacular.AlexanderUnited Kingdom

Because we arrived in daylight,I walked around the lovely gardens and sat in the Japanese Pergoda that over looks a large pond. I also walked through The Bluebell Wood adjacent to the house. The room was very comfortable with a huge bath. Holly greeted us on arrival and was very friendly. We met Mathew at breakfast and he was charming too!

It was magical. All the staff were really friendly and engaging.
