- The staff: so friendly and helpful
- The atmosphere: welcoming and fun
- The concept: no frills, no fuss, but surprisingly comfortable and very clean. I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to handle it, as I’m mildly claustrophobic, but I actually found it rather cozy! (Note: I was travelling alone with only a backpack, no luggage.)

The location was great. Bus stop was around the corner and the tube station also just a few minutes away by foot making the connectivity to central London very easy. You can get pretty much anywhere from the Tower tube station or the train which are a 10-minute walk away. You can take advantage of the cooking facility and even do your laundry. The neighborhood is quiet but it is close to everything. Our host was fantastic and available for questions. He met us at the apartment although it is set up for self-check in.
