The O2 had a very accommodating staff and the room was very inviting and clean. The location was perfect for us because of the things to do so close in the 02!

- The location: London Stadium, public transport, and the Stratford shopping centre all within walking distance - The staff: so friendly and helpful - The atmosphere: welcoming and fun - The concept: no frills, no fuss, but surprisingly comfortable and very clean. I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to handle it, as I’m mildly claustrophobic, but I actually found it rather cozy! (Note: I was travelling alone with only a backpack, no luggage.)

Location is everything. Outside the hustle and bustle of central London but right beside two tube stations that makes getting around wildly easy. Nothing fancy about this hotel but it was quiet, clean and had a nice bed. Would definitely recommend for short stints in London on a middle ground budget.

Great hotel, great location. next to the Tower of London and many attractions. I have stayed her before and highly recommend it. Two types of rooms, larger multi-room suites are more suitable for 2 people where the smaller rooms are great for those traveling alone. Can't beat the location and the staff and facilities are great. Also, right next to the Tower Hill tube station.

Excellent location: close to Paddington Station (direct rail link to Heathrow), making it an easy shuffle with a heavy bag from station to hotel. only 1 block to Tube station, easy access to sightseeing London. Beautiful tree lined setting of the hotel, very cute! Very friendly staff. Very clean room. Room size was a bit small, but quite adequate for me. Totally safe neighborhood.

The hotel was super close to the Earls Court Tube station while still feeling like you were nestled in a neighborhood so it was very convenient to navigate around London from there! Everyone we interacted with was kind and did what they could to help, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the cost was very affordable - truly the best option for my family and would happily stay here again!

The hotel is just steps away from the Earl's Court tube station which made getting to and from other parts of London very easy! The rooms were very clean, and the bathroom was very clean. Air Con worked great in our room and got the room down to a chilly 19C.

Location was perfect for sightseeing, tube station 5 minute walk and lots of cafes close by for breakfast. Room was clean and suited our needs and was used as a base to explore London. We were located in a separate part of the hotel which suited us as we could access a side door that takes you out onto the street rather than going through the lobby. Perfect base and friendly staff

Overall we had an excellent time at the Urban Retreat. The host was very nice and helpful. The location was great. Bus stop was around the corner and the tube station also just a few minutes away by foot making the connectivity to central London very easy. The rooms were clean, nice shower and almost everything was provided for in the apartment. A beautiful backyard with seating to have your meals outside on a sunny day made the day more relaxing.

The location is perfect for discovering London. You can get pretty much anywhere from the Tower tube station or the train which are a 10-minute walk away. You can take advantage of the cooking facility and even do your laundry. The neighborhood is quiet but it is close to everything. Our host was fantastic and available for questions. He met us at the apartment although it is set up for self-check in. The beds are comfortable and the linens are quality. We had a wonderful stay and will be back.

The apartment is small and cosy but located in a super convenient area next to Farrignton and Barbican tube stations. It's great for strolls in the city and within walking distance to a lot of interesting places. One of the major pluses is that the apartment had proper HVAC - not only AC but also ventilation, which was a godsend. Very rare to find this in properties (or even hotels) in London.

Perfect location for a London stay! Apartment was very comfortable and had a great bathtub which was a bonus for us, traveling with kids. Grocery store and Starbucks right across the street and easy walk to two tube stations. Quiet location. We felt very safe. Would stay again and recommend it!
