We were at the hotel to attend The Quirks Event which is an industry event and ended up staying at the same hotel. The O2 Shopping Centre was good and walkable which made the stay east, else the location of the hotel is not good. It is very far from Central London. Breakfast at the hotel was good, could be better though. Room was decent sized and easily accommodated 2 of us.

The hotel was very close to the conference venue and I appreciate this fact because I did not have to inquire any transport costs. The shopping malls nearby also made life so easy!

Location was perfect for sightseeing, tube station 5 minute walk and lots of cafes close by for breakfast. Room was clean and suited our needs and was used as a base to explore London. We were located in a separate part of the hotel which suited us as we could access a side door that takes you out onto the street rather than going through the lobby. Perfect base and friendly staff

Overall we had an excellent time at the Urban Retreat. The host was very nice and helpful. The location was great. Bus stop was around the corner and the tube station also just a few minutes away by foot making the connectivity to central London very easy. The rooms were clean, nice shower and almost everything was provided for in the apartment. A beautiful backyard with seating to have your meals outside on a sunny day made the day more relaxing.

The location is perfect for discovering London. You can get pretty much anywhere from the Tower tube station or the train which are a 10-minute walk away. You can take advantage of the cooking facility and even do your laundry. The neighborhood is quiet but it is close to everything. Our host was fantastic and available for questions. He met us at the apartment although it is set up for self-check in. The beds are comfortable and the linens are quality. We had a wonderful stay and will be back.

The apartment is small and cosy but located in a super convenient area next to Farrignton and Barbican tube stations. It's great for strolls in the city and within walking distance to a lot of interesting places. One of the major pluses is that the apartment had proper HVAC - not only AC but also ventilation, which was a godsend. Very rare to find this in properties (or even hotels) in London.

Perfect location for a London stay! Apartment was very comfortable and had a great bathtub which was a bonus for us, traveling with kids. Grocery store and Starbucks right across the street and easy walk to two tube stations. Quiet location. We felt very safe. Would stay again and recommend it!

Property is perfectly located near two tube stations. High street with everything you need is only one street over. Rooms are small as expected for central London, but clean and comfortable. Staff is excellent and friendly. I needed assistance with a few minor travel issues (finding a laundry service, etc) and staff was more than gracious and helpful. I will be back to this hotel.

The President Hotel in London is in a fantastic location, just around the corner from Russell Square tube station, which offers a direct line to Heathrow Airport. It’s also within easy walking distance of many key sights, making it ideal for exploring the city. The room was okay, it didn’t have air conditioning and there was some construction noise, but the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of good options. The breakfast room is a little dated, but that’s not a deal-breaker. Overall, a good choice for visiting London.

Great location, situated a 2 minute walk from West Brompton tube station, allowing for easy access in and around London. The most comfortable bed and pillows, and a great rain shower. Didn’t have any meal or drinks in the hotel so canny comment on that. Room was a decent size and looked to be recently decorated.

After a disastrous experience in a hotel in the same neighbourhood, we found Oliver Plaza Hotel which was fantastic. The hotel it's an old Victorian building however very modern and has all facilities you need for a stay in London. Room was very clean, bed was comfy, bathroom was big enough. During our 3 night stay the room was cleaned twice and towels were also changed. Location is also pretty good, with Earl's Court tube station only a block away from the hotel and lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby
