IndiaWe were at the hotel to attend The Quirks Event which is an industry event and ended up staying at the same hotel.
The O2 Shopping Centre was good and walkable which made the stay east, else the location of the hotel is not good. It is very far from Central London. Breakfast at the hotel was good, could be better though. Room was decent sized and easily accommodated 2 of us.

The location was great. Bus stop was around the corner and the tube station also just a few minutes away by foot making the connectivity to central London very easy. The rooms were clean, nice shower and almost everything was provided for in the apartment. You can get pretty much anywhere from the Tower tube station or the train which are a 10-minute walk away. You can take advantage of the cooking facility and even do your laundry. The neighborhood is quiet but it is close to everything. Our host was fantastic and available for questions. He met us at the apartment although it is set up for self-check in. It's great for strolls in the city and within walking distance to a lot of interesting places. One of the major pluses is that the apartment had proper HVAC - not only AC but also ventilation, which was a godsend. It’s also within easy walking distance of many key sights, making it ideal for exploring the city. The room was okay, it didn’t have air conditioning and there was some construction noise, but the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of good options. The hotel it's an old Victorian building however very modern and has all facilities you need for a stay in London. Room was very clean, bed was comfy, bathroom was big enough. During our 3 night stay the room was cleaned twice and towels were also changed.
